Grace’s Place delivers the opportunity to vacation on the most popular Caribbean Island of the West Indies, while enjoying the featured offerings of a private home vacation rental. The central location of the property allows access to Saint Lucia's natural attractions, and traditional fun celebrations and elegant dining, all within close proximity to several beaches.

The history of Grace’s Place is embedded into the history of Piaye. The house is named after one of the Elder mothers of the community, Ms. Grace Isaac. The home has been a staple within the community, and represented one of the oldest homes in this village.
The House
This vacation home rental is a brand new construction that features two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, elegant queen size beds, dressers, night stands, and a television. The living room is complete with new furniture, a 50 inch flat screen television and comfortable seating couches. The kitchen is complete with new full service appliances, a five range oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and all utensils. The dining room décor seats four to six people. There is also a laundry room onsite equipped with a washer and dryer.

Piaye, Saint Lucia
Piaye is a community on the island of Saint Lucia. It is located on the southern coast, near Balembouche and Bongaloin the constituency of Choiseul.

This community started as a small settlement of workers who laboured on the Balembouche estate. In the post-Balembouche period Piaye transformed into a community of fishermen, subsistence farmers and producers of hand-crushed aggregate for the construction industry.

The beach is located in the heart of the local community and reflects on of the natural experience of an Island Vacation. Vacationing amongst the locals of the Island will avail the natural experience that the Island has to offer while still affording guests the opportunity to experience the tourist attraction of the Island as well.
